TinyMCE Helper JavaScript Error

I keep getting the following javascript error when implementing a TinyMCE input helper on any of my fields:

switchEditors is not defined
[Break On This Error]   

switchEditors.switchto(this);

Am I missing something?

I also tried installing the 'Pods TinyMCE Editor' plugin that I've used before, but still the same error.
