Updated code to work with latest Pods 1.12.x and cleaned up

-Create a text field as input helper, with the info as VALUE
-Fully Commented for Easy customization
-Can show user data, user metadata & cimy extra fields plugin values.
-Can use current user data or specific user data
-For multiple helpers, just copy, change the name and select the field you want to show.
